Association “Retro Car Museum”, Reg. No. 40008169205, legal address: Kantora iela 22A, Riga, LV-1002 (hereinafter – Seller or the Museum) provides the website automuzejs.lv and sells goods and services (museum tickets, souvenirs, and other items) in accordance with these Terms of Use.
If a consumer purchases goods or services through a website, such a mutual agreement is considered a a distance contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers’ regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts.”

The prices and descriptions of the goods and services sold on the website are listed next to each item or service.
To place an order, add the desired items to your shopping cart, fill in all the required fields, and select the most suitable delivery or pickup method. The total cost of the order, including shipping, is displayed on the screen before confirmation. To complete your order, proceed to checkout.
The currency used on the website is the euro (EUR). You can pay for your purchases using the payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS):
The personal data required to process a payment is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract takes effect upon successful receipt of payment in the Seller’s account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.
You can receive your purchased items in the following ways:
Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Items are delivered within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days, provided the Buyer is notified in advance.
Museum tickets and other digital products are sent to the email address provided by the Buyer and are not physically delivered.
The buyer (consumer) has the right to return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must not have been used for any purpose other than inspection, and the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the item. If the item has been used improperly, damaged, or if its original packaging is missing, the Seller has the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the decrease in the item’s value.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact the Seller by email at info@automuzejs.lvwithin 14 days of receiving the item. The Buyer is required to return the item to the Seller no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice. Upon receipt of the returned item, the Seller will refund the Buyer’s payments within 14 days.
The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the item has been returned or confirmation of its return has been received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
The Seller is liable for any non-conformity of the sold goods with the terms of the contract or for any defects in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. If the purchased goods have defects, the Buyer has the right to request that they be repaired free of charge or exchanged for new goods; if this is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to a refund.
The Buyer must notify the Seller of any nonconformity of the goods as soon as possible by email info@automuzejs.lv and, if possible, including photos and the order number. The Seller will provide a written response to the Buyer’s complaint within 15 days.
The seller processes personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
The personal data necessary for fulfilling the order is transferred to the payment service provider (Maksekeskus AS) and to delivery service providers to the extent necessary to ensure payment and delivery.
With regard to matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve all disputes through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center (Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv) or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.
The buyer also has the right to use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The version of these terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase applies to the specific order. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
